Business voice questions

Know what happens before you switch.

Can we keep our existing phone numbers?

In most cases, eligible business numbers can be transferred. A1OSIS reviews the current carrier information and coordinates the transfer after the new account and call flow are ready.

Do the phones require Ethernet?

Wired IP desk phones normally connect through Ethernet and are the preferred office option. If cabling is unavailable, A1OSIS can quote low-voltage work or recommend a compatible wireless desk phone where appropriate.

Why is onboarding priced separately?

The monthly subscription covers ongoing voice service. Onboarding covers discovery, call-flow planning, number transfer coordination, account configuration, device provisioning and the direct assistance needed to launch correctly.

Are taxes and physical phones included?

Displayed monthly prices exclude regulatory taxes, usage outside the included service, specialty numbers, cabling, installation and physical phone hardware unless a written proposal says otherwise.
